Wax On, Wax Off! Please.

This morning the rain is coming down as I drop my eldest son at Preschool.  My youngest continues home with me.

Me: "I need to stop at a gas station on the way home."
He: "Can we go to a donut station?"
M: "Sure."
H: "Just make sure it has donuts, like the station Daddy took us to.  Do you know you have to pick up the donuts with block paper?"
M: "Block paper?"
H: "Yes, so you won't touch them all, and then you can put them in your own bag."
M: "Oh, wax paper."
H: "No, it's block paper, Daddy said it was."
M: "It's actually wax paper, and it's like a thin paper that is coated over with wax so your all your donut yummies don't get stuck to the bag."
H: "Wax?"
M: "Yes! You know what it is. Can you name one thing that is made from wax?"
H: thinking
M: "Sometimes we have them there on cold days and they make us feel warmer and cozy?"
H: thinking
M: "Sometimes we have one in the kitchen and other times they're with us in the dining room."
H: "Wax! Wax. Yes, Mommy I know!"
M:" "Yeah, I knew you would! And that is similar to what is on the donut paper!"
H: "Ear wax? Blaughk. Then, let's go to a different gas station."
