"We need Daddy! He's best at finding the remote for the TV and other stuff too-It's his gift."
My daughter: I like "purpler." (that's purple and more of it).
Addressed to the middle child:
Q: Why do you need your younger brother?
A: Actually, I'm not really sure we do need him.
Q: Why do you need your sister?
A: I don't have anyone else to call 'tomato head.'
About Mommy: "Who else would drink all this coffee? Yuk."
About the three year old:
"I think he's our best Supervisor."
Older brother refutes: "So. He doesn't have Super vision!
Name some reasons people liked Jesus as a Rabbi?
"He could make up his mind.""Some people probably liked the furniture he built enough to buy it."
"He liked to talk near food, or make it."
"I think he was a good fish cooker."
"He was good at playing with friends."
"He had fun stories to tell."
Why wouldn't they like him as a Rabbi?
"Well, for one, he did a lot of walking."
"And he doesn't 'do' vacation days."
"He could probably cut in line at the aquarium, but I guess if he wanted to see his stuff, that's O.K."
Such a good idea, get them used to sitting down and discussing things about each other and themselves! Keep it up that will make it easier when they are older and need to set and talk things out.. !
ReplyDeleteI love the thoughts they have, gives me a good LOL! Love you, Mom
